Taro (タロウ, Tarou) is a wise but retired rancher who moved to the island to expand his shipping business. Despite being retired from farming, he still will offer helpful advice. Somehow his weather forecasts are always correct, so you can rely on him to know about any upcoming bad weather. He only ventures outside of his house for festivals, so you'll most likely locate him inside his home. His daughter Felicia and her two children also live on the island, all three help with their grandfather's business.
A knowledgeable, veteran rancher, he provides tough-yet-sound advice for ranching and many other things.
