Power Berries (Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town)

One of the side things that you can do in Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town is hunt for power berries. These help you very much, because they add 10 points of stamina to your original 150 points. Some of these berries are nearly impossible to find without the information, while some will turn up by chance. There are 10 of them in all. Here are the ways to find them:

• Till your farmland until you find it. Unfortunately, the location is random for every game. I suggest you start to hunt for this when you get at least a gold hoe.
• Be victorious in the spring or fall horse race. You can only start to enter them in year two, when your horse is an adult, though.
• After buy everything off of TV shopping, this item will come for sale. It costs 10,000g, but is worth every penny... or g.
• Till the 19th floor of the winter mine (located far west of the hot springs, in the middle of the lake). Like the farm, it is random.
• Fish at the beach in the winter with a Mithril rod. If you are lucky, you will catch a berry! Who would be so careless as to drop a power berry into the ocean?
• Run behind the winter mine and press the A button. You should find a power berry. This is one of the most commonly missed power berries, because no one would ever expect to find it in there of all places.
• Till the 100th floor of the mine that is available all year 'round. It is just like the winter mine and the farmland.
• During the horse races, you are able to buy medals and bet them in hopes for more medals. You are then able to buy great prizes with them. Well, one of the greatest prizes that you can get is the power berry which costs 900 medals.
• Like the horse races, you can participate in a Frisbee competition with your dog after year 2. Guess what the grand prize is? Yep, it's a power berry! All of that training with your dog paid off now right?
• Toss white grass into the hot springs for 10 days in a row. She will give you a berry for all of the nice offerings.
• Note: I have heard that you can actually throw any item in for 10 days in a row and she will give you the berry.
