Nigel's Handiworks (ナイジェルハンドワークス) is run by Nigel. It is located on the corner of the lower district's main street, opposite of the Grocery Store, in the lower district of town.
You can order housing upgrades and materials here, and as you harvest more crops, more ingredients will be stocked. Once dilapidated facilities on the farm are repaired, they will be available for purchase at the store. The store also offers house upgrades, so gather up materials and ask Nigel when you want to make your house bigger.
