Foraging

There are seasonal wild items that grow naturally in the mountain that you can forage. They spawn daily and can be sold or used as gifts.

Walnut Summer 70G Walnuts. You can eat them and sell them.
Mushroom Fall 70g Mushrooms. You can eat them and sell them.
Poison Mushroom Fall 30g Poisonous mushroom. Dangerous if you eat it, but usable for medicines.
Wild Grapes Fall 40g Wild Grapes. You can eat them and sell them.
Fullmoon berry Fall 300g Berry of Fullmoon plant. You can eat them and sell them.
Small fish All 30G Small fish. Can eat. You can sell, but not for much.
Fish All 100G Fish. You can eat them and sell them.
Big fish All 180G Big fish. Can eat. The selling-price is high♡
  • The Fullmoon Berry can only be found at the top of the mountain, by Skinny and Sydney's Dumpling Store by the trees on Fall 10th through Fall 12th.

Crops

Crops can be grown on your farm. Seeds can be purchased from the Flower Shop, and vitality of crops varies by the season.

Non-Shippable Items

These are items that can be collected but serve limited purpose. Flowers can only be given as gifts and lumber can be used as fences. Weeds and stones are to be cleared from the field but can also (unfortunately for receivers), be gifted.

Lumber All Lumber. Needed for expanding your house. When you stick it into the ground, it becomes a fence.
Stone All Boulder. Can break up with the Hammer. Can only put on the grounds of the farm.
Moon Drop Flower Spring Moondrop plant. Can't sell.
Pink-Cat-Mint Flower Summer Pink-Cat-Mint Plant. Can't sell.

Special Items in Rucksack

These are Items you can obtain in game play, but you can't use them conventionally- they're not shippable and they can't be used as gifts. They appear in your rucksack in the 2 by 8 table.

Sustaining Carrot Purchased at the Horse Race for 500 Medals. Helps train your Horse faster. Stamina carrot. Tames horses.
Flower Card Buy a bag of seeds from the Flower Shop. "Flower Card♡" Can draw 1 lottery ticket for every 10 points. # points.
Cake Card Buy a cake from the Bakery. "Cake Card♡" Can draw 1 lottery ticket for every 10 points. # points.
Treasure Map Search the tree at the back of your property near the Chicken Coop. "Go straight from the dog house, and bury in the place where you see a tree on the left. <Player's Name>, 5 years old, Summer"
Marbles Receive from Stu for giving him a flower. Must plant a lot of flowers. Marble. Made from glittering glass.
Flower Bath Crystals 2nd Prize from the Flower Shop Raffle. May relieve more fatigue after a bath. Flower bath crystals. Freshens you up.
Lucky Bracelet Receive from Karen on your birthday. Must have a Pink Heart and not be married. Lucky bracelet. Brings good fortune.
Hand-Knit Socks Receive from Ann on your birthday. Must have a Pink Heart and not be married. Hand-knit socks received on birthday.
Embroidered Handkerchief Receive from Elli on your birthday. Must have a Pink Heart and not be married. Embroidered handkerchief. Absorbs sweat well.
Flower Potpourri Receive from Popuri on your birthday. Must have a Pink Heart and not be married. Potpourri♡ received on birthday. Smells good, and aids sleep.
Gold Pendant Receive from Sammy the Salesman after the event with Sammy, Maria, Mayor and Anna. Gold Pendant. Brought by a peddler.
Broken Music Box Dig up in your field, location is on Treasure Map. Broken music box. Sounds strange.
Music Box Befriend Rick and he'll fix the Broken Music Box, can be given as a gift. Music Box. Plays a beautiful melody.
Kazamidori
(Weather Vane)
Find in the mines, give to Rick. Weather Vane. Found in the mine.
  • Note: When found in-game, the Weather Vane is called the Kazamidori. This is the Japanese word for Weather Vane.

These are Items you can obtain in game play, but they appear in your house instead of in your rucksack.

Must give Blue Rock to Saibara to obtain this.

These are items sold at Green Ranch.

Trivia

  • According to the illustration 'Items in the Mine' in Ranch Story 2 Official Guide Book - Welcome To My Ranch, Blue Rock contains an ingredient called Alcian, which when ground can be used as a blue dye. In the same section, Moonlight Stone is said to glow because it contains phosphorus.[1]
