The Inn is run by Dudley. His daughter Ran helps him maintain the business by working there with him. It also serves as Mineral Town's bar in the evening. Gray, Cliff, Ran, and Dudley all live here. When Lou visits town, you will also find her on the second floor of the Inn on Sundays.
After unlocking Van, he will open up Van's Store on the second floor of the Inn on Wednesdays.
Although the Inn doesn't have days it's officially closed, apart from festivals, Dudley will leave the Inn annually on Fall 5 for personal reasons. On that day, the Inn will close at 5:00PM and you won't be able to buy anything.
Dudley will sell food and drinks at the counter of the Inn. There are two menus depending on the time of the day, changing at 6 PM. When Dudley is not at the counter, food will not be available for purchase.
Items purchased will be immediately consumed.

Trivia
In the original Japanese version, talking to the cat on the second floor will give the text, "やあ、キミは悩みなんてなさそうだなぁ。" (Translation: "Wow, you don't seem to have any worries.") This was changed in the English version to "Uh-oh. It looks like this one is plotting something..."
