Introduction

Ever wish you could take a stroll through Mineral Town again but have a little bit of a new flair to the game?

Now you can!

In Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town, Mineral Town returns with new character designs for all the candidates and villagers. With four protagonists to choose from (two of each of the following genders mentioned) you can play as a girl or boy.

Your story starts off with your chosen protagonist visiting their grandfather's ranch near Mineral Town. This opportunity allows you to be at one with nature, as the surrounding area is alive with wildlife, and your grandfather lets you help around the ranch. You make a friend with one of the children in Mineral Town during your stay, and they see you off as you leave at the end of summer. You return to Mineral Town and find your grandfather has passed, and you inherit his farm along with a new drive to revive it to its former glory.

Mayor Thomas gladly welcomes you to your new life, and thus, your story begins! You're tasked with revitalizing the farm, connecting with the villagers and interacting with the world around Mineral Town.

• Same-Sex Dating and Marriage System (previously seen in Harvest Moon DS Cute JP) returns for all players! Trigger heart events as any protagonist, with any candidate!

• 8 Save Slots!! That's 6 more than the original Friend of Mineral Town and More Friends of Mineral Town games!

• Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town is a remake of Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town and Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town. It is not in any way affiliated with Natsume. The series itself is owned by Marvelous, and the western localization is being released by XSEED.
• This is the first game in the Bokujou Monogatari series to state the protagonists' ages outright in the game text.
